Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, clerical, and communication skills, with experience in supervising staff and managing office systems. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflows, ensuring smooth vendor relations, and supporting human resources functions to foster a productive work environment.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document management
  • Coordinate vendor management activities and maintain supplier relationships
  • Assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting activities using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee vendor procurement processes
  • Implement organizational procedures to improve workflow and office productivity

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and vendor management software
  • Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
  • Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities
  • Office experience combined with excellent organizational skills is required
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.71 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
