We are searching to hire a **Coordinator, Academic Planning & Scheduling** for our Toronto Campus.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with effective execution of the allocation of academic facilities for all Hanson campuses for academic and non-academic activities.
- Support creating annual academic calendars.
- Compile data for master schedules per semester, including faculty schedules and student schedules, schedules of classes, labs, tutorials, and official examination periods.
- Prepare course schedules to ensure compliance with college documentation for programs and courses.
- Assist the Manager with planning and data entry.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education, university degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative/business experience preferably in post-secondary education.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
