**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver weekly academic counseling sessions (4 hours per week) with students.
- Provide presentations, workshops, and one-on-one guidance on:

- OUAC processes and timelines
- Course selection strategy to meet admission requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university admissions policies and deadlines.
- Communicate with the school principal and academic office to ensure students’ academic plans align with their goals.
- Track and report student progress to the school Academic Office as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in academic counseling, university admissions, or student advising.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) requirements and the OUAC system.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

**Work Schedule & Compensation**
- Schedule: One day per week, 4 hours/day.
- Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on qualifications
