**Administrative and HR Assistant**

**FDM4 International is seeking an organized, reliable, enthusiastic individual to fulfil the roll of Administrative and HR Assistant.**
- **answer telephone, screen, and direct calls**:

- **take and relay messages**:

- **provide information to callers**:

- **greet persons entering organization and direct to the correct destination**:

- **general administrative and clerical support**:

- **prepare letters and documents**:

- **receive and sort mail and deliveries**:

- **Book Travel**:

- **Run company errands, bank, pickup stock etc.,**:

- **Order office supplies**:

- **schedule appointments**:

- **maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically**:

- **organize meetings**:

- **Maintain and administer attendance program including monitoring and correcting time clock exceptions and attendance issues.**:

- **Act as intermediary for inquiries related to payroll for resolution**:

- **Assist with special functions**:

- **Assist with coordination and execution of employee recognition and social events (I.e., Holiday Party, Staff BBQ including families, etc.)**:

- **Other administrative duties as needed.**

**Education and Experience**
- **high school diploma/some college required.**:

- **5 years’ experience in administrative and clerical procedures**:

- **Microsoft Word**:

- **Excel**
