Administrative Assistant/marketing

**Job Overview**
Luminescence; a wellness centre is seeking an energetic, heart-centered person to work part-time in our healing space.
**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette and phone systems.
- Represent Luminescence in the business community
- Creating marketing materials as required
- Creating online marketing campaigns
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reaching out to the business community to create strategic partnerships
- Following up with customers after initial appointment
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and processing correspondence.
- Creating digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, IG)
- Posting Events online
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Word, Canva, CRM

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
