Holman is currently looking for **a Bilingual Office Administrator (Internal Title: Office Services Specialist)** based in our **Mississauga** Location.

**What will you do?**
- Collect, sort and prepare messages, outgoing courier and mail deliveries.
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information & taking messages if necessary.
- Answer inquiries regarding shipping or mailing policies.
- Facilitate mailing and couriering of monthly Billing.
- Assist with the collection and updating of insurance information in Holman systems.
- Maintain an up to date phone list and list of all new personnel changes.
- Note and report any office site problems and follow up with building maintenance for a timely solution.
- Complete Insurance validation for clients and vendor enrollment.
- Occasionally assist with the greeting of employees, vendors, and clients for internal meetings.
- Support internal hospitality set-up, which includes but not limited to the set-up of meeting rooms, organizing catering, and coordinating of internal lunch events (Birthday, New hire, Company Sponsored Events, Learning Lunches).
- Assist with daily digital bank deposit.
- Indexing and classification of scanned documents.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**What are we looking for?**
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual; French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook), Canada Post Electronic Shipping Tools, Purolator Online Shipping tools, Fedex Online shipping Tools, and Pitney Bowes Mailing Machine.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi task with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong prioritizations skills and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member.
