- Good English (spoken/written)
- Good Polish OR Ukrainian (spoken)
- Strong Excel skills for calculations and data management
- Document verification experience
- Administrative and reception experience
- Knowledge of mortgages or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Client communication and reception duties
- Document verification and organization
- Spreadsheet maintenance and calculations
- General administrative tasks
