**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing
- Assist with training development for new employees
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate orders
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and assist with budgeting
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions
- File documents, update records, and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide administrative support as needed
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
