Bilingual Customer Services Representative (French required)

Introduction

Are you a calm and reliable communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients? Our client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Services Representative fluent in French and English to support a stable and well-structured sales and client engagement team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values consistency, detailed work, and dependable support in their daily routine.

What You'll Do

You will manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts and act as a trusted liaison. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, and supporting the delivery of services as promised. This is a full-time role with regular weekday hours in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities


• Manage and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts


• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or chat and maintain accurate records


• Coordinate daily operations between internal teams and external stakeholders


• Communicate client needs clearly to the appropriate departments


• Support customer service improvements by identifying recurring issues


• Participate in contact centre activity as needed


• Complete data entry, prepare reports, and assist with billing


• Help with quality control and other administrative tasks when required

Qualifications


• Fluency in French and English


• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business or a related field


• 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a customer service role


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to stay composed in a busy environment
