Bilingual Credit & Collections Representative (French required)IntroductionOur client is currently seeking a Bilingual Credit & Collections Representative fluent in French and English to join their stable and well-established team in Mississauga. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who values predictability, structure, and the opportunity to support clients with professionalism and care in a finance-focused environment.What You’ll DoYou will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, performing collection calls, resolving payment issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your attention to detail and calm communication style will help maintain the financial health of the organization while supporting a positive customer experience.ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing collection calls for early and late-stage accountsMonitor and maintain your assigned customer portfolioCommunicate with customers by phone and email to resolve overdue accountsPerform account reconciliations and respond to inquiries professionallyRelease orders after credit review and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with sales and branch managers on escalated payment issuesOpen and maintain customer accounts with accurate documentationComplete special reporting and projects as assigned by your supervisorSupport internal teams and promote healthy payment strategiesOccasionally visit other branches if needed (minimal travel)QualificationsFluency in both English and French is requiredPost-secondary education in accounting, business, or a related field2+ years of accounting or finance experience; 3+ years in collections preferredFamiliarity with accounting software and procurement portals such as COUPA or ARIBAProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilitiesPositive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamMust be able to commute to the Mississauga office 5 days per weekBenefitsCompetitive salary between $54,900 and $65,900 annuallyComprehensive medical, dental, and vision care coverageDisability and life insuranceCompany pension planTuition reimbursement for any program or course of your choiceBoot allowance for applicable rolesStable, full-time employment with long-term growth potentialSupportive leadership and a professional work environmentWhy Work with UsIf you're looking for consistency, team support, and a workplace that values your professional ethics and reliability, this role offers all of that and more.
