With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated **New Home Sales Representative** to join our team.
As a **New Home Sales Representative**, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the homebuying process and helping them find their perfect home. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships, and effectively communicate the value and benefits of our homes and communities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and engage prospective homebuyers, providing detailed information about available homes and communities.
- Conduct model home tours, showcasing features, floor plans, and customization options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Educate customers about financing options, incentives, and the homebuying process.
- Effectively follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Track and report sales activity using CRM software.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales, real estate, or a related field.
- A real estate license is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

**Sales Office Hours: Full Time**
Weekdays: Monday - Thursday from 1 pm - 8 pm
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday from 11 am - 6 pm
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
