Aartech Canada Inc is a dynamic wholesale distributor and retailer specializing in security, smart home, electrical and AV products. We have a 20 year track record of growth and success.
We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for lead generation and business development, cold calling, warm calling, and engaging customers to drive sales, build relationships and advise our clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Lead generation & cold calling
- Business Development & customer growth
- Sales targeting & planning
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Negotiate and close sales effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in technology or technical sales, preferably within the smart home or security industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- French bilingual is an asset
- Tech savvy
- Located in Ontario, preferably near Ontario
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
