We are currently recruiting a full-time **Systems Administrator **for our **Ancaster, Ontario **facility.
**Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / Full-time**
**Jo**b Description**
The IT Systems Administrator will report into the IT Infrastructure Manager and will be responsible for the growth and support of our IT infrastructure from the ground up. This role will encompass projects alongside ensuring stable operations of the existing network, systems, user endpoints, and other peripherals. The Systems Administrator must be comfortable performing day to day support as well as driving forward meaningful change through new and ongoing projects.
**We are looking for**:

- Someone who is TECHNICALLY SAVVY, capable of troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues and platforms.
- A CRITICAL THINKER, with a proactive mindset, solid organization and communication skills.
- Someone who is ADAPTABLE, capable of managing multiple parallel activities and shifting priorities as the business requires.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Manage IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS products from a variety of vendors;
- Manage and build infrastructure in AWS and Azure;
- Create procedures, documentation and training materials as required;
- Join and manage IT projects and act as a technical lead for business projects;
- Work with members of the IT team to develop and support business needs;
- Assist with constant improvements and automation of IT and business systems;
- Assist with mobile device management and automation;

- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end user workstations;
- Assist with other IT duties as they arise.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years’ experience in Information Systems, networking, and/or help desk support;
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues;
- Experience working with Canadian data privacy practices and laws;
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment considered an asset;
- Experience with identity management such as Okta and AzureAD;
- Experience with Mobile Device Management such as Mosyle and InTune;
- Experience with Endpoint Protection such as Crowdstrike and Defender;
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 Defender;
- Design experience with on-prem and cloud systems infrastructure;
- Experience with supporting Windows and Apple environment; and
- Hands-on experience with backup infrastructures including (E.g. VEEAM, Virtual tape libraries, virtual storage gateways,

blob storage, etc.).
