Accounts Receivable Financial Services Coordinator

ICONIX is currently looking for a **Customer Financial Services Coordinator** at our **Langley **branch. This position is responsible for the overall daily functions related to cash management supporting ICONIX Waterworks across North America, including payment processing and posting, journal entry adjustments, and bank reconciliation. Works closely with Customer Financial Services, Business Services, Finance, and Operations groups using various tools to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial and administrative operations.
This position is a hybrid role, offering the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities: *
- Coordinates department stationary, bank deposit supplies, printer/copier maintenance services, and off-site storage of archived department documentation.
- Provides deposit and related administrative support to Langley reception as required.
- Assists Business Services Specialist with providing internal customer service support such as training and coaching to various branch locations; responding to general operational inquiries related to customer payment transactions, merchant services concerns, and banking deposit process.
- Is accountable for monitoring and reconciling cash sale and freight claim accounts, providing Operations with support and training as required.
- Provides sales order release line relief, exercising sound judgement.
- Prepares and distributes Industry Aging Extract Reports for Equifax & Dunn & Bradstreet, Targeted Special Information Sheet.
- Partners with the Business Services Specialist on providing deposit backup and support for audit requirements.
- Supports the Customer Financial Services representatives with conducting credit investigations, completion of trade references, credit card payments, and EFT Information Sheets.
- Special projects or administration support as assigned by Management of Customer Financial Services / Business Services and Business Service Specialist.
**Qualifications**:
- Certification of Business Administration, Diploma/Degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical position with knowledge of credit assessment and interpretation of the credit reports supplemented by Construction industry knowledge would be an asset.
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, multitasking, analytical, prioritizing, and communications skills both oral and written.
- Excellent PC skills for word processing and excel spreadsheet analysis.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be a self-starter and possess a willingness to provide a very high level of quality customer service both internally and externally in a positive and professional manner.
