**Job Description - Accounts Receivable Clerk**

REMCAN Projects LP is currently seeking an **Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join their Finance & Accounting team at our corporate office located in Langley, BC.

**Primary Duties for the Accounts Receivable Clerk**:

- **Billing preparation of customer invoices using production/time sheets, based on various contract specifications**:

- **Post invoices to accounting software, and submit to customers (using various methods including customer portals)**:

- **Reconcile customer accounts**:

- **Record customer payments in accounting software**:

- **Cross-training and assisting with other accounting functions, as needed**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High proficiency working in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounts receivable background
- Excels in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to think on feet; identify problems & possible solutions
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
- Interested in opportunity to grow along with company
