- **Duties & Responsibilities**_
- Manage existing customer accounts and generate new lines of business;
- Build customer relationships, consult extensively to assess customer’s needs, follow-up throughout the sales and service cycles, and deliver high quality results;
- Conduct prospecting and follow-ups to secure profitable new business opportunities;
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups such as product issues, packaging, shipping and delivery and accounts receivable;
- Able to negotiate and adjust sales price;
- Develop and maintain sales strategies and current product knowledge;
- Have problem solving skills to identify and resolve customer’s concerns;
- Develop and implement special skills to reduce stock, such as the ability to promote special products;
- Prepare sales orders on a daily basis;
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary;
- Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- **Skills & Requirements**_
- High school diploma required, university/college education is preferred;
- 2+ years of related experiences in sales (food distribution industry is preferred)
- Valid full G driver’s license
- Traveling is required, access to a reliable car is a must;
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule;
- Demonstrate initiative & ambition, must be self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of MS Office; experience in inventory management software and social media is a plus;
- Ability to speak both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin is an asset.
