is a key player in helping to achieve our company’s sales goals under the direction of the National Sales Manager as well as serving in a backup capacity for Customer Service when required. This position is a pivotal supporting role in maintaining daily sales needs. The must be detail oriented with the ability to multitask. Strengths must include communication, follow-up skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office, as well as strong analytical capabilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Sales Dept and team of outside Sales Reps daily
- Assist with daily tasks and projects as needed to maximize sales with key wholesale and dotcom accounts.
- Assist and Liaison with internal departments to execute marketing initiatives and site audit’s for key accounts.
- Assist as needed with coordination of information and samples for team of outside sales reps.
- Assist on special projects for independent accounts and account prospecting.
- Pull and analyze sales reports and excel spreadsheets as needed by National Sales Mgr.
- Assist the National Sales Mgr. on prospecting of new accounts and new account onboarding.
- Publish weekly to selected accounts stock on hands.
- Assist in showroom setup for Trade Shows and upkeep of price ticketing
- Assist sales team with image and document sharing from platforms such as Dropbox and We Transfer
- Coordinate and distribute weekly sales updates consisting of inventory reports, promos, pricelists etc. to Sales Reps
- Backup and assist Senior Customer Service Rep when needed with the following tasks:

- Answering incoming customer calls from a queue
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide administrative support to Sales Team
- Review and process all incoming orders

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Multi-tasking in fast paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter with high motivation and a team player.
- Exceptional ability to analyze data, draw relevant conclusions, and solve discrepancies.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Some travel may be required

**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

**Experience**: Minimum of two years professional working experience, working with Excel spreadsheet.

**Computer Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office, AS400, Netsuite, Customer portals - Amazon, Wayfair a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
