We are looking to expand our Concierge team In this role, you would be responsible for assisting with and fulfilling personal and professional requests from members and guests, including membership information, dining, entertainment and travel arrangements, information about local attractions, special events and functions. It is very important in this role to speak clearly and be able to communicate with all types of people, including VIPs, dignitaries and celebrities.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review daily events and function sheets; communicate any concerns to department heads.
- Create and improve existing Member Profiles, including member picture.
- Properly handle room keys according to department policies and procedures.
- Ensure all appropriate departments are informed of member and or guests’ special needs and requests.
- Assist in escorting members or guests to their events or rooms as requested.
- Creating Awareness of Club Services by being consistent in the marketing and selling of the VC branded items (clothing, bags, food, alcohol)
- Must be knowledgeable in all upcoming VC Signature events, and promote and sell tickets to those events.
- Be knowledgeable with the Club Art Program, knowing the art in the Club and provide members with art tours including knowing the current proposals and curated art within the Club.

**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS**

- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in a second language preferred.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in an environment providing a high level of customer service to guests of high social standing with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work with management staff and other employees in a professional manner.

**Salary**: $19.00-$28.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
