**Job description**:
Join our team of residential condominium concierge and security service specialists in Surrey (close to skytrain).
**CMI Concierge and Security Inc.** is Vancouver's Premier Provider of Concierge and Security Services to Condominium Residences.

We are expanding our services and we are looking for a **Full-time night concierge in Vancouver.**

**Shifts**: 11pm to 7am**

**Experience and skills**:

- Customer-first attitude
- Skilled in handling difficult situations
- Positive and friendly
- Clear communication, speaking and writing
- Able to train and develop staff from a variety of backgrounds
- Organized, attentive to detail
- ** Valid BC Security License**

**Position Summary**

The concierge/security guard serves as liaison between owners, residents, management and trades and helps maintain the security and value of the property.
Concierge services cover three major areas:

- Administrative & Customer Service
- Security and Safety
- Emergency Response
