**CONCIERGE FOR LUXURY RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM**

Two Harbour Green in Coal Harbour, Vancouver, B.C. is looking for a concierge to supplement its high-performance customer service delivery team. Two Harbour Green is a luxurious residential building that is made up of a 30-level 62 suites tower and 9 townhouses, a total of 71 units. It offers great amenities to its residents that include a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, a gym, a steam room, a sauna, virtual putting green, a great room for entertaining and a guest suite. This position reports to the Building Services Lead.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Act as a front-line ambassador to residents and visitors
- Provide outstanding, personalized service to residents and visitors of the building
- Greet residents and visitors upon entrance of the main lobby
- Response to inquiries and concerns
- Receive and safekeep parcels and packages until pickup by residents
- Facilitate and monitor parking for visitors and contractors
- Coordinate and prepare elevator use for move-in/out and renovation
- Manage bookings for guest suites and amenities
- Perform access control for the condominium complex, deny access to trespassers
- Conduct timely internal and external patrols of all locations to ensure building security and areas of concern that require maintenance team attention
- Monitor CCTV for security and safety operations of the building, and be prepared to take immediate actions to address any concerns
- Respond to fire alarms and other emergencies by following established practices and procedures
- Perform regular fire protection equipment tests
- Assist Building Services Lead in managing external contractors’ activities
- Compile shift and incident reports to ensure seamless communication among members of the concierge team, and with the Building Services Lead and Strata Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- True believer and demonstrated commitment in providing excellent customer service
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in providing customer service in a high-end setting such as 5-star hotel, luxury residential complex, or well-regarded country club
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- A team player in working collaboratively with other members of the concierge team, and yet be able to independently in performing the concierge duties
- Possess valid BC Security Worker License and valid standard first aid and level “C” CPR certification
- Computer skills with Microsoft office & Outlook

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**:
