We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for:

FULL-TIME Security Concierge roles.

Must be available for evening and overnight work

Schedule - Night 11:00PM - 7:00AM or 12:00AM - 8:00AM

Duties:

  • Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrols
  • Provide superior customer service to residents
  • Maintain a strong sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises
  • Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras
  • Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.
  • Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up
  • Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
  • Minimum 1 year Security experience
  • Excellent customer service skills, friendly
  • Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
  • Physically fit and mentally alert
