**Position summary**

**Location: Downtown Vancouver/Yaletown area**

**Days**:MONDAY TO FRIDAY

**Shift: Day**

**Salary: $24.00 per hour**

**What you will do**

The Head Concierge leads a team of 8 customer service, security professionals, caretaker and cleans offering support, training and development, and serves as a role model for the team. You will provide on-site administrative support, coordinate building emergency response, and act on security and safety concerns.

You will work directly with a designated CMI Operations Manager to maintain and enhance concierge and security services.

**Professional experience**
- Minimum one (1) year experience leading a team: supervising, training, and developing staff, and addressing performance issues
- At least one (1) year experience working in security, hospitality, or facility management
- Valid British Columbia security license (required within 3 months of hiring)

- Comfortable working alone and as part of a diverse team

- Effective manager of time and tasks, with proven ability in a fast-paced environment
- Able to conduct patrols, on-site and perimeter
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Office

**Work environment**
- Monday to Friday day shift (40 hours per week)
- Clean and welcoming environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule when needed
