This position is an excellent opportunity to build on existing customer service skills and learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multitasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. It is a fantastic team environment.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Bilingual FR\EN
- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
- Data entry of customer files;
- Credit adjudication (training provided);
- Providing superior professional service to valued clients.
