**Tâches et responsabilités**:

- Examiner les demandes de prêt et prendre des décisions appropriées selon les normes de souscription acceptables, tout en maintenant un niveau élevé de service pour les clients internes et externes.
- Être capable d’équilibrer les exigences de la production, du soutien aux ventes, de la gestion du risque et des évaluations de la qualité, telles que définies.
- Développer et entretenir des relations proactives avec les concessionnaires automobiles.
- Maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les collègues et les gestionnaires de financement à la distribution (DFMs).
- Offrir un soutien de remplacement aux membres de l’équipe et assister l’équipe de crédit spécial en cas de problèmes liés au financement.
- Encadrer et former les analystes de crédit juniors au besoin.

**Expérience professionnelle**:

- De 2 à 5 ans d’expérience comme analyste de crédit ou équivalent en formation/expérience.
- Connaissance du financement, du système de pointage de crédit et du processus de révision de crédit.

**Éducation et certifications**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires requis ; diplôme universitaire préféré.

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**:

- Bonne compréhension de l’analyse de crédit et de la documentation des prêts.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Maîtrise d’Excel, Word et Outlook.
- Autonomie et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
- Solides aptitudes interpersonnelles et esprit d’équipe.
- Compétences en encadrement et en rétroaction.
- Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ability to balance the demands of Production, Sales Support, Risk, and Quality Assessments as established
- Build and maintain proactive relationship with automobile dealers
- Build and maintain positive working relationship with peers and DFMs
- Provide back-up support for team members and assist Special Credit team with Funding issues
- Mentor and train junior Credit Analysts as required

**Work Experience**:

- 2 to 5 years of Credit Analyst experience or equivalent education/experience.
- Knowledge of funding, credit scoring, and the credit review process.

**Education & Certification**:

- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- Thorough understanding of credit analysis and loan documentation.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Coaching and feedback skills.
- Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
