Iceberg Finance is a company that is well-positioned in the fields of auto financing and personal loans across Canada. Its mission is to help a wide range of customers who have difficulty obtaining financing. Offering adapted solutions, Iceberg Finance is recognized for its quality service and professionalism.

This position is an excellent opportunity to build on existing customer service skills and learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multitasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. You'll also be able to use both French and English languages daily in this fantastic team environment.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
- Data entry of customer files;
- Credit adjudication (training provided); Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment Punctual, professional and reliable.

**Work schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 13:00 to 21:00
- During the training (about 2 months), the schedule is 8:30 to 17:00.
