**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Prepare estimations and monitor invoices.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Provide polite and professional communication.
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes.
- Conduct data entry.

**Requirements and skills**
- Advanced English - Spanish (mandatory).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Rate $18 hourly.

Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm (Hours may be extended when high season occurred unexpectedly).

In person M9M 2W6 (not availability for remote job).

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
