Role and Responsibilities

We act as a brokerage for a large dealer profile and have access to many lenders which allows us to find loan solutions for folks in almost any credit situation.
As part of our Admin Team your main responsibilities will be;
- Answering and assisting with incoming calls from customers and dealers
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Communicate professionally with customers and dealers
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless communication between admin and sales processes
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Secondary School Diploma
- Bilingual French & English, both written and spoken
- Post-secondary degree preferred but not required
- Experience in office or banking environment is an asset
Preferred Skills
- High level of computer knowledge
- Able to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Drive Applications
- Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
- Capable of working in a team as well as independently while maintaining productivity
