**As part of our Admin Team your main responsibilities will be;**
- Answer and direct incoming calls from customers and dealerships
- Work closely with our Sales team to ensure seamless deal flow
- Handle sensitive personal data with confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and partners

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- High attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills
- Strong computer and typing skills (MS Office & Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an office, financial services, or customer service role is an asset
- **Bilingual in French and English** (spoken & written)
- Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus

**Preferred Skills**
- High level of computer knowledge
- Able to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Drive Applications
- Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment
- Capable of working in a team as well as independently while maintaining productivity
