**Job Description**:

- Possess specialist knowledge of any of the following Business Application(Maximo, Recy and Odoo). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Provide technical support to teams within the organisation
- Test/ Assist with systems integrations
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Prepare training documents for cases not already covered in our Knowledge Base
- Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue.
- Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques, including [ ].
- Able to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures.
- Experience with building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking.
- Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
