**LRDG Language Research Development Group** is a Canadian company, based in Montreal, and leader in online language learning, offering a unique blend of tutoring expertise and online community support, for fast, proven results. We have been a recognized partner of the Canadian government for over 20 years and are now looking to grow and expand on what has made our business successful to date.

We are looking to bring on board an **IT Support Agent **who will assist with day-to-day IT issues, and who will report to the Portal Product Owner. The individual will be hired on a part-time, 3-month contract, working 25 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the configuration and regular maintenance of LRDG's computer equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve a variety of technical issues related to LRDG's computer systems.
- Support users in the use of Microsoft 365 productivity environment.
- Assist in maintaining and updating internal LRDG IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage user accesses, profiles, licenses, and data across core platforms under supervision.
- Provide training and support to employees on technical tools and software to ensure they are proficient and well-equipped to use the systems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with a high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based business platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint) is desirable.
- Understanding of corporate productivity and communication technologies (e.g., Office 365, videoconferencing tools) is an asset.
