**Job Description**:

- Collaborate with our sales agents to sell Vidéotron products and services
- Prioritize client satisfaction, actively address client needs and seek to provide a customized solution in collaboration with sales agents
- Prepare and follow up on proposals to clients
- Get in touch with clients to understand their needs, promote practical solutions and provide outstanding support
- Communicate with clients, make calls to prospects and follow up on quotes
- Connect with potential new clients and generate opportunities to build and develop our client base
- Answer client questions by phone and in person and follow up on quotes
- Be aware of information and updates regarding our products and services and those offered by our competitors

**Qualifications**:

- Bilingual in Ukrainian and English, French (a plus)
- Sales and/or sales support experience (a plus)
- Basic computer skills
- A commitment to deliver high-quality customer service
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- Ability to work independently and a commitment to teamwork
