Fulfillment Specialist

**ROLE OBJECTIVE**:
Reporting to the Vice President of Data Build Automation, the Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for fulfilling client orders for both standard & custom data in a number of different formats. The employee also provides ongoing client support that meets company standards.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
To effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the employee must be able to do the following:

- Liaise with Practice leaders, Sales staff, Data Development, Product Management, Marketing team as required. Provide regular updates as to status of orders.
- Help fulfill reseller & partners channel as required. Assist with record keeping and identifying priorities. Report inconsistencies to senior staff
- Assist with all fulfillment functions including: ENVISION and Tableau user account creation, standard data creation for regionalization, monitor data delivery, provide delivery support and communication with stakeholders
- Process recurring customer projects within established time and quality standards
- Promote the proper use of the CRM with all internal stakeholders. This includes confirming that fully executed agreements are present for each order and that orders are properly detailed within the CRM before data is shipped
- Maintain accurate delivery information for each order shipped (file manifests) as well as all required paperwork and computer files
- Confirm data accuracy and maintain appropriate controls
- Analyze information provided to resolve issues or offer suggestions for a solution in a timely fashion in order to improve internal processes, enhance client satisfaction; record, update and track client issues
- Work with the team to communicate and meet the special needs of EA’s customers
- Provide operational support for team members as needed
- Other duties as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS** AND REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- **Education **- Post secondary degree in Geography, Business or related area.
- **Experience** - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
