**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Communicate with international partners, sponsors, and attendees in both English and the second language.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating conference logistics, including venue arrangements, travel, and accommodation.
- Maintain and update contact databases and mailing lists.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotional content.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative or marketing experience is an asset.
**Educational Requirements (preferred)**:
