**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
- Scheduling and booking patient appointments
- Maintaining and organizing digital patient records
- Supporting telehealth services, billing, and charting
- Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, both in-person and online
- Communicating politely and effectively with clinic practitioners
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
- Providing support to team members and assisting with internal coordination

**Requirements**:

- **Advanced fluency in English** (both spoken and written)
- Familiarity with **task management and communication tools**, such as **Microsoft Teams**
- **Strong typing skills** and attention to detail
- Ability to **work and communicate respectfully with practitioners** and patients
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- **Experience with macOS** and working in a Mac-based environment
- Ability to **think and work strategically**, while staying organized
- **This is an in-person position**
- Experience with **practice management software** (booking, billing, charting, telehealth) is an asset
