Receptionist/administrator

Job Description:
As the receptionist, you will be responsible for customer service and administrative support.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Greet and provide accurate and friendly service to visiting clients.
2. Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
3. Manage office equipment and stationery inventory, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
4. Assist in organizing internal and external company meetings, including meeting room reservations and preparation.
5. Maintain the organization and filing of company documents and records.
6. Assist other departments with administrative tasks such as document processing and photocopying.
Job Requirements:
2. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
3. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in common office software such as Microsoft Office.
5. Team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
