**Real Estate Receptionist**

Looking for Experienced FULL-TIME Front Desk Administrator for a very busy Real Estate Office for Monday - Friday 10:00am-6 pm
The primary duties of the Real Estate Administrator include support for the branch’s agents, clients, management and peers. Working with a team of peers, the Real Estate Administrator are responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the front desk operations. Incumbents in this job may perform all or portions of the following duties and responsibilities.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties - answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using Broker Bay (internal paging system)
- Broker Load - input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), etc., enter listing information and appointment instructions into Broker Bay
- Offers - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/ documents
- Supplies - maintenance of photocopier and related supplies, maintenance of office supplies
- Agent activities - booking of open houses, preparation of feature sheets, photocopying and filing of all listings & legal documents
- Verifying and Collecting Deposits & Commission cheques and creating receipts
- Maintain Front Desk, Support, Training, Procedures and Policies.
- Deal with daily office issues - Internet, Computer, Printer’s down etc.
- Validate the completion and accuracy of documents and requesting missing information as needed
- Process and fulfill tasks on a priority-first basis
- File mail and notifying agents of all incoming mail
- Help with duties such as typing, draft letters and other documents
- Preparing weekly and month end reports
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum high school education, with a preference to college level courses/ diploma
- Minimum 1 year working experience in office administration and/or real estate administration
- Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organization & time management skills
- Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
- Experience using Broker Bay, TRREB, WEBForms/Authentisign would be an asset
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (G2 or G) and have access to a reliable vehicle
Compensation will be commensurate with Experience
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Flexible language requirement:
