Administrative Assistants/receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our company’s office team as an Administrative Assistants/Receptionist.
The position provides administrative support to the office team, as well as client intake. The Administrative Assistants will be responsible for the clerical and administrative services associated with the operation of the company.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls during office hours, and provide emergency services after hours
- Introduce and promote company products and services to potential clients
- Communicate with other employees, clients, suppliers, and insurance companies through oral and written communication
- Maintain electronic and physical client and supplier files in an organized and timely manner
- Manage calendars and files related to events, and provide communication reminders
- Copy, scan, and fax documents as needed
- Perform complex clerical functions related to client billing, including invoice verification, third-party billing records maintenance, claim submission, and problem resolution related to the company's business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Fast learner and eager to learn new things, with the ability to solve problems independently
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Mandarin/Cantonese language proficiency is considered an asset
- Experience in the healthcare and insurance industry is considered an asset
- Experience with QuickBooks, HCAI, and ADP is considered an asset
