Office Administrator/receptionist/assistant

YVR INTERNATIONAL REALTY are seeking a FULL-TIME real estate office admin/assistant. As a real estate admin/assistant, you need to have a positive can and will-do attitude.
**Training provided with potential for growth.**
**To be considered for the position, proficiency in the following is requested**:
- Customer service (for agents / clients)
- Friendly, helpful attitude
- Bookkeeping Experience is an asset
- Fluent ENGLISH writing and speaking skills
- Real Estate license is NOT mandatory
- Valid BC Driver License
- *Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop is a bonus
**Duties included, yet not limited to**:
- Answering phones
- Responding to agent and customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Sale Transaction and listing management
- Inputting listings in the MLS
- Number crunching, various administrative & office tasks.
- Schedule inspections, repair, etc. with third-party vendors
- Real estate flyers, brochure and signs design
- Social media management (Company website, WeChat, Instagram, Youtube Channel, Meta/Facebook business account)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Work Location: West Vancouver
Compensation: $18-$22/hour, based on the experience
