**Your Role**:
We are growing fast and our THINK Financial team is looking to for a Mortgage Administrator to help us provide and maintain daily administration of THINK Financial mortgages and HELOC loans.
This position is full-time.
There are many paths to success... We give you the freedom to use the tools and a style that works best for you. Just as we customize solutions for our clients, we provide our Mortgage Administrators with the tools they need to promptly and effectively support our clients.

**Must Haves**:

- Flexibility Monday to Friday schedule with hours ranging from 6:00am to 6:00pm Calgary time. Great opportunity for someone looking for office experience in an exciting new role
- Ability to effectively maintain strong relationships with THINK Financial clients while administering files
- Fast paced environment, must be able to keep current with changes
- Fluent written and verbal communication in both English and French
- History of delivering an extraordinary experience with a focus on results
- Strong decision-making skills to convey solutions to areas of concern
- Proven ability handling difficult situations and use of good judgement based on experience and knowledge
- Intermediate MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Slack
- Post Secondary education preffered.

- Maintains and promotes the company products and services in providing outstanding relationship-focused customer care and service
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by following company guidelines and security regulations
- Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of all company products and services
- Handle customer issues/concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep account of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Other servicing duties as needed
