**Role Overview**

As the **Client Relationship & Mortgage Coordinator**, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. You’ll support the team by managing CRM systems, assisting with compliance, and performing administrative tasks critical to the success of the business.

This is a **contract, on-site position**, working **Monday through Friday**, where you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported at every stage of the mortgage process.
- **CRM Administration**: Manage and update the CRM system to track client progress, communication, and important milestones.
- **Team Support**: Assist with other administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining organized records.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industries.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with mortgage software is a plus).
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

**Qualities**:

- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
- A client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Strong **mortgage underwriting skills**—the ability to analyze and evaluate financial information, creditworthiness, and lending criteria is a major asset.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**
- **Base Salary**: $40,000 to $50,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
- **Bonus Potential**: Earn up to $10,000 annually in performance-based bonuses.

**Work Schedule**

This is a **full-time, contract, on-site position**, with working hours from **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.
