**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for mortgage agents/ brokers/associates who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry.

You are:

- A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional sales skills.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

**You'll be working on**:

- Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
- Manage your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Currently hold a valid Mortgage License is highly preferred. If not, you **must **be willing to take the course within the **first** month
- A successful track record in sales
- Bilingual/multilingual considered a great asset
- Experience with Filogix is an asset
- Underwriting experience is an asset
- Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

**Compensation**
- 100% commissions based role.

Pay: $30,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
