Receptionist/legal Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to colleagues
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer, screen and forward all incoming phone calls
- Greet clients and couriers
- Make coffee for clients
- Filing
- Open and close files
- Further administrative tasks as assigned
Position Key Competencies:
- Superior customer service skills
- High level of integrity and ability to sensitively deal with confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
- Punctual and reliable
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word
**Experience**:
- Office Administration/Receptionist: Minimum of 2 years (preferred)
- Law firm (asset)
**Education**:
- Office Administration Diploma (asset)
- Law Clerk Program Diploma (asset)
Depending on experience, salary will start at $40,000.00.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
