Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc, has become the leader in our industry. We are the largest supplier of stairlifts sold directly to our clients, and are the largest independent straight stairlifts manufacturer of the world.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients who have responded to advertising
- Receive inbound sales calls from clients who are interested in our products and services.
- Acquire client commitment to free in-home stair assessments
- Qualify the needs of clients and assess lift type and urgency
- Provide product information and present an estimate
- Coordinate the Field Sales Representatives daily schedules
- Use Google Maps to plan appointments in accordance with client availability and location
- Update customer information and record notes in a proprietary customer database
- Complete call backs as required
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Adhere to all appointment booking guide lines
- Achieve all targets and goals as assigned
- Other duties as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A secondary diploma and sales related experience
- 1+ years inside sales experience/call center environment
- 2+ years’ experience working directly with clients
- Experience mapping and booking appointments
- Success hitting competitive targets
- Medical Industry is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Chrome and Google Maps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
