**B2B Inside Sales Representative**

With offices in the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and South East Asia, Safetyhub offers a wonderful opportunity for passionate sales professionals to join our growing team at our office in Burlington, ON.

With an attractive compensation package, including uncapped commission on all new business and renewal sales, this position will suit a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative as the earning capacity is unlimited.

**What is it that we do?**

Safetyhub is an engaging video subscription platform that helps employers keep their people safe. Safetyhub also incorporates a learning management system and is used by organizations all over the world to train their employees in Health and Safety.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Exceed sales goals and expectations for quotas.
- Prospect potential clients via a combination of outbound calling and inbound leads.
- Set up potential clients with a complimentary trial, and schedule follow up meetings to discuss their needs and further qualify for interest.
- Present a customized proposal and close the sale
- Post sale administration, including onboarding new clients during the initial stage of their subscription.
- Provide support to your clients during their subscription period to ensure you achieve a high client retention rate.
- Successfully achieve subscription renewal quotas.

**What it takes to be successful**
- Superior computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, and a great work ethic.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Persuasive and unafraid to negotiate; has good business sense.
- Must enjoy working as part of a team.

**Compensation**
- Starting base salary of $45,000.
- 15% uncapped commission on all new sales
- 5% uncapped commission on all renewal sales.
- Commission paid on subscription renewals means your commission earnings will increase every year.
