Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This on-site role offers occasional flexibility for remote work and involves supporting both our customers and field technicians by managing part inquiries, generating quotes, and maintaining excellent communication throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Address part sale requests from field technicians and customers.
- Source and confirm specifications, pricing, and availability for requested parts.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and send to customers or internal staff.
- Maintain and follow up on outstanding quotes and sales opportunities.
- Input and manage sales data and customer records using internal systems.
- Collaborate with service and engineering teams to clarify part or technical requirements as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience or a technical background is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- General computer literacy and willingness to learn company-specific tools.
