**Job Description**:

- Support and guide the team towards agile principles and practices in order to support the business objectives through the value generated by the latter.
- Demonstrate and share agile principles, practices and values at the organizational level to support growth in agile maturity.
- Assist the team in the agile transformation by providing coaching, developing concepts as needed by the team to support the changes generated.
- Ensure production and transparency in the team's agile artifacts including appropriate metrics for the team.
- Support the Product Owners in establishing and maintaining the product backlog.
- Work with the Scrum team to establish good communication and follow up between the various departments, as well as with business partners.
- Lead the team towards continuous delivery behaviors and Lean-Agile values.

**Qualifications**:

- Studies in project management.
- Experience in project management is an asset.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills as well as proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrate a strong analytical capacity and a critical mindset oriented towards continuous improvement.
- Know how to evaluate the context of the team/organization and adapt your approach appropriately.
- Fluency in French and English (written/verbal) (frequent contacts outside Quebec).
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel.
