Office Administrator/bookkeeper

The Office Administrator will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, and streamlining administrative procedures and you will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

**Responsibilities**
The office administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and expenses tracking.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to work in our office every day.
- Must have a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Must have a good work ethic and be highly motivated.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
- Must have a smartphone and access to the internet.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
