Due to current growth and new upcoming real estate development project phases, we are looking to secure an experienced Office Administrator to join our head office team.
**About the Position**
- Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Maintain records, reports, and filing systems for administrative and HR functions.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, compliance documentation, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Support financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and office service providers.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
- Enforce company policies and assist in policy implementation.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**The Successful Applicant**
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- HR license preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial tasks is an advantage.
