**Fraser Physiotherapy is a new upcoming multi-disciplinary clinic in Edmonton with a comprehensive team providing physiotherapy, acupuncture and massage therapy services. We believe in a holistic approach to the healing journey of our patients.**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate clinic manager to oversee all the reception operations and administrative work of the clinical staff and patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily operating procedures such as client bookings, sales, inventory, customer service, billing, therapists requirements.
- Hiring and training of new reception staff member
- Scheduling and shifts of the administrative staff
- Assigning and delegating the task to the staff as needed
- Delivering optimal patient experience regarding products and services offered
- Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits
- Maintaining the smooth flow of the clinic
- Facilitating acquiring of new clientele and maintaining loyal clienteles
- Sending letters and faxes to the other health care providers
- Coordinating with adjusters and insurance companies
- Strategies to improve the growth of the clinic
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the clients and staff
- Ability to meet the vision and mission of the clinic

Skills/Qualifications
- **Physiotherapy or Chiropractic Office/Clinic Experience: 2 years (required)**:

- **Strong knowledge of JANE EMR software (preferred)**:

- **Experience with MVA, WCB and Extended Health Care Billing and Procedures (required)**:

- Motivated, problem solver, strong attention to details, organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Team building approach
- Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Physiotherapy or Chiropractic Office/Clinic: 2 years (required)
- JANE EMR: 1 year (preferred)
