Are you a motivated, organized professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? Summerside Chiropractic is seeking a skilled **Office Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our busy wellness clinic and help ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Dr. Morin has proudly served the South Edmonton community for over 30 years, providing compassionate, quality chiropractic care. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and brings a positive, proactive approach to leadership and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient care.
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operationsHandle payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and basic bookkeeping.
- Submit insurance claims and manage billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized patient records and compliance documentationMonitor inventory and coordinate office supplies.
- Support the chiropractors and clinic team with administrative and operational needs.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in office setting
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; experience with JANE and Sage/QuickBooks preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to creating a welcoming clinic environment.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
